Alessa seemed not only to be the nightmare of the people of Silent Hill, but a manifestation of others failures to their children as well, their nightmares, tying in with each other.

The nurses throughout the hospital were busy trying to stave off the pack of creatures who had dared to rebel against her, but, Alessa did not worry, if they did not take care of them, her protector most certainly would.

The nurses were, as expected, putting up a valiant fight but they were of no use against the hyena's as they were a creature created with the intent to kill. The door closed and locked and Pyramid Head would have smiled, if he could have. "Even in this Hell, it is amusing that people can be so ignorant as to stand against me, the ultimate power in this realm." she stated, sighing softly.

Pyramid Head disliked doing duties that took him away from his Alessa. He hated that he ever had to leave her on her own and trust the other creatures to try and keep her safe. If they failed in that task then they were destroyed, he would not have any harm befall what was his after all and he would keep her safe from all harm.

When she said that she was safe and unharmed he grunted in response, an affirmative as he had finished making a visual assessment of her health.
