Nathan and Mihkayla'a Las Vegas Adventure! (Nathan and Mihkayla)

Nathan had spoken to Lindermann early on in his visit to Las Vegas and now had no business to attend to but a flight booked for two days time. Rather than get the flight changed, Nathan decided that now would be a good time to explore some of the local Las Vegas culture.

Namely gambling, drinking and generally behaving as immoral as possible before going home.

What happens in Vegas and all that.

He hummed a little bit to himself as he finished getting dressed in the lighter, silk-based, suit. It wasn't too formal and it wasn't too flashy but it was rather obviously expensive and that was the look that he was actually going for. Chuckling a little bit to himself, he made his way down to the casino floor of the Lindermann building and decided to get a warm-up drink at the bar.

As soon as he approached he noticed someone familiar. Grinning a little bit, he leant up against the bar beside her and winked at her a little bit,

"I'll have a vodka and coke." he told the bartender, "Whatever the lady orders is on me too."

As the bartender went away from make the drinks, he turned to he and smirked a little bit,

"Fancy meeting you here, and when I was looking for a guide to show me the city too." he grinned wider, "Would you feel up to going out on the town with me Mihkayla?"

Mihkayla had been staying with Lindermann in Vegas while she got used to being back to her old self, her powers were causing her some discomfort, she didn't remember how hard it was to actually get used to the sensation of having the dead all around her. Seeing and sensing them where ever she went was making her more than a little bit disturbed...but luckily, and thanks to Daniel, she had gotten that under control.

Now she was sitting at the bar having a well deserved drink and a relax.

The weather outside was lovely and she wanted to go for a drive, perhaps she would even take the canary car out with her again, Nathan and her did have fun while they were out in it those few days ago. Smiling at the memory, Mihkayla drained the last of the drink from her tumbler and sighed happily, could it get any better than this?

Hearing that Nathan was sliding up next to her, Mihkayla was forced to eat her words, this day could get so much better! She didn't even know Nathan was still here in Vegas, this was a very nice surprise she had to say.

"Ah Nathan, how lovely to see you I didn't think you would be sticking around in Vegas after your business was done." she greeted enthusiastically "I'll have the same as him please." she ordered her drink with a bright smile on her lips.

Very thoughtfully, Mihkayla stroked her chin in thought before grinning; "Of course I'd love to help you around the town, although I might not be the best person, I don't know a lot about Vegas myself, I haven't been here in a while."

Nathan had to admit that he did enjoy the way that Mihkayla's eyes lit up when she realised that it was him. That was the kind of reaction that just made you tingle warmly all over if you let it take ahold of you like that. He enjoyed letting the feeling wash over him for a moment before smiling happily at her. He smirked a little bit,

"Well I finished my business early and to change the flights would be annoying and tedious if I'm totally honest with you." he told her with a little chuckle before smirking a little bit, "I can't exactly jet off into the air to get home and you're much more fun than flying so I thought I'd stay and hang out with my favourite medium!"

He chuckled a little bit at her 'thinking pose'. The idea that she would actually need to think about it was mildly insulting he felt since it reflect on what he was like as a person and how interesting he was,

"Oh I'm sure that we'll figure it out together." he assured her with a wink before gesturing to the doors, "Besides, this time I have bought us a limo for the night! So we can be cruising without having to worry about drink driving... so let's get to it then Mihkayla! I want to see all the mini-landmarks!"

Mihkayla giggled a little bit when she heard that Nathan was obviously teasing her about the power that he had, of course he didn't need to have the flights booked on a conventional plane, he could of course just jump up into the air and go to wherever he wanted without paying. If she had a useful power like that she would certainly use it.

"Oh of course, it must be so tedious to rearrange flight times. The world in which you live Mr. Petrelli. It is a lot different from the one that I grew up in." she stated chidingly "Do you have a lot of mediums as your friends, in order for you to have a favourite, or am I favourite by proxy?" Mihkayla asked with a teasing arch of her eyebrow.

The idea of going and trying to see each of the different mini landmarks, Mihkayla grinned happily and nodded her head, she wanted to get going right now! She had never done that before although lots of people had been talking about them in the casino, apparently there wasn't one that far away from here.

"A limo? You certainly are looking to treat me tonight aren't you? You must have really liked the ride in my speedster." she grinned with a wink "Alright then, let's get to it Nathan!"

Getting off the barstool, Mihkayla finished her drink swiftly and picked up her purse, all ready and raring to go.

They both knew about his power to fly, to literally put a jet to shame and reach up to mach 3 without any difficulty what so ever. It was a little bit humbling to know that he could fly at a speed that took millions of dollars of machinery to do for anyone else. He coughed a little bit to cover up a laugh at the fact that the world she had grown up in was a lot different to the one that he inhabited. In the end he nodded though,

"Oh yeah, the world sure has changed a lot... and I guess I've always been a rich kid so that might make our worlds a bit different." he teased her a little bit before putting on a mock pout, "I am offended that you would think I would say you were my favourite without me knowing at least one other medium! I think my feelings might be hurt."

It was a joke and he winked at her again to let her know that there were no hard feelings at all. He laughed a little bit when she grinned wider than before and she commented on the fact that he had gotten them a limo. The honest truth was that Nathan hated to know that he couldn't drink so that's why he wanted to be driven around. And he was aware that they two of them hadn't relaxed properly when we didn't have someone sober to move us to out beds,

"Yes well I thought you might like the luxury." he teased her a little bit before it widened slightly, "Alrigh then! Let's get out there and have a lovely little sight-seeing drive!"

Finishing his drink as well, he led her out to the back of the casino where a limo was waiting. The driver had decided to avoid the press by being here instead. He gestured for Mihkayla to climb on in,

"After you madam... what landmark first?"
