Astraphel had travelled all the way across the Narrow Sea from the great nation of Maestrol in order to meet the man that she was soon to call husband. It was very strange that her father had chosen to marry her off to a foreign person from across the sea however she had been assured not only was he a tender and respectful male, he looked attractive and was a fierce fighter.

Everything that she had wanted in a husband.

As a result she was thoroughly excited to begin her married life, she knew that it must happen one day or another but she was just so happy that her father had made her a match based on what she had told him she would like - instead of with someone she would end up loathing.

Beyond a doubt in her mind she knew that Jamie Lannister would be like a knight in the stories, he would be loyal and he would be chivalrous in defending her - just as she would be fierce in defending him. In her culture woman grew to be fighters as well as men, more people for their army and each person could protect themselves if their city was invaded.

As she stepped off the ship into the harbour, she noted that all manner of strangely dressed people were waiting to greet her, her father and the guards that came with them to protect them on this strange land should they need protecting.

Feeling immensely under dressed when she looked at the ladies dresses full and reaching to the floor, Astraphel looked to her father for reassurance before looking back out to the people assembled to see if she could guess which one might be her husband to be. Approaching the gathering, she was announced to them, and bowed her head as she was taught to do;

"A pleasure to meet you, Your Grace, my lords and ladies." she stated confidently, her accent tinged her words making them roll on her tongue.

Jaime had been back in Kings Landing less than a day and already he was almost missing the prison cell he had been so warmly kept in. It had taken him hours to convinced his father not to have Briane killed and had taken even longer to have her assigned as his houscal and loyal attendant. She had been sworn to it and he knew that Briane would hold her word.

His brat of a 'son' was an unruly, cruel and abusive king who made the Mad King look like a saint and everyone knew it, even Geoffrey. Which was why, he supposed, he never went anywhere near Jaime without at least fifteen kings guard. Sighing a little bit, he glanced at Circe, who was leaving for the North to be Bolton's bride tonight.

She hated him now for some reason.

But he had to put on a happy face... he was getting married and... well to be fair it appeared his bride to be was a very beautiful woman indeed. His eyebrows rose and his father merely half nodded. Geoffrey stood forwards to receive her and her father,

"Lord Graaven!" he greeted the father, "Kings Landing is honoured to receive you and dear Lady Astraphel! You shall be our guests in the halls of the Red Keep but first... may I introduce the betrothed? My uncle, the Kingslayer, Jaime Lannister!"

Jaime nodded to the cheering crowds of lords and ladies before stepping closer to Astraphel in his gold and black armour. He took her hand and bowed slightly to her, kissing the back of her hand,

"Lady Astraphel, I wish to let you know that your beauty shames any here in Kings Landing, it is so pure."

Astraphel looked at the smaller man who was quite amusingly the King of this place, she didn't let her amusement show though that would be rude. Where she came from you became leader through strength and prowess in battle, her father was large and muscled with many scars from leading in battle but this boy didn't seem to have a scratch on him. It was strange that these people would take leadership from someone so seemingly inexperienced but then again they most likely had different customs to them.

Bowing again to the King when he spoke to them, she found herself paying astoundingly little attention to what he was actually saying. Her heart was in her mouth when she heard that she was going to see her husband in a manner of seconds! Would he be every bit as handsome as she thought that he would be? Would he be loyal and kind to her?

As she looked up from her bow and saw Jamie Lannister stepping towards her Astraphel's mouth parted slightly - he was MORE handsome than she had ever hoped he might be. In fact he was so attractive he made her nervous, made her want to move herself so she was holding her body in a more attractive position.

The kiss to the back of her hand made her blush brightly but she sent him a gentle smile;

"Lord Jamie, my father only told me half the tale of your handsome features. It is an honour to finally meet you." she smiled brightly, confidence buzzing after the compliment that he had paid her "I like to think that I could be better presented in fact, especially after days of sea travel." Astraphel commented with a shier smile.

"The Graaven's thank you King Geoffrey for your kind hospitality, we would be more than happy to see inside the famed Red Keep." her father's voice boomed - as was it's nature- and with a jovial smile on his lips seeing the interaction between the two betrothed walked alongside King Geoffrey towards the Red Keep, leaving the others in his wake.

Of course, Astraphel noted almost immediately a woman with long dirty blonde hair was almost glaring at her and she hurriedly looked away to avoid her gaze. What could she have done wrong, she had only just got here!

Oh yes Jaime could definitely have done worse than this lovely little creature now couldn't he? She was a beautiful woman to be sure and had a figure that women across both stretches of coast would die to have. He smirked a little bit... sure beat being married off to Sansa Starrk like Tyrion had been. After all, the Starrk girl was all legs and bones and no tits or ass.

And his new betrothed appeared to be the perfect ratio between tits, ass and legs. Not to mention she looked like she actually moved without servants all but moving her legs for her, like most of the noble women of westeros looked.

And she knew her way with words it had to be said,

"Your father is wise to not tell you the whole tale." he told her with a small smirk, "It comes with a lot more scars than most people would expect and occasionally a beard that I've been told looks very strange on me."

Geoffrey seemed very nervous around Lord Graaven it had to be said and it was only Tywin's timely intervention that had stopped Geoffrey likely making an ass out of himself. He stepped forwards and bowed to Lord Graaven,

"Tywin Lannister, Hand of the King and Head of House Lannister." he greeted the foreign king with a smooth kind of smile, "I would lead the way as the King has much important business and will be unavailable until dinner."

The king looked like he wanted to object but the Kingsguard hurried him away. Jaime noticed the way that Circe was glaring at Astraphel and decided he wanted to hurt him backstabbing bitch of a sister. He looped her arm with his own and grinned as he whispered,

"Pay her no mind... my sister is a rather petty woman and hates her beauty to be outshone by anyone."

Astraphel was utterly intrigued by the man in front of her, her future husband. Smiling lightly when she thought about what the whole story could be, she thought it would be rife with dangers he had to overcome and things that would make her admire her husband even more than she did already. It seemed strange because they had only just met but she was so happy that she was going to be marrying Jamie Lannister.

Leaning closely towards Jamie, she whispered next to his ear; "Well I like scars, and I so happen to adore beards, so you'll have to tell me the whole story sometime. I am certain that I will love it." she grinned up at him, her eyes framed with a thin lining of kohl so that they would seem even larger on her smooth skinned face.

She could tell her father was surprised when someone else took over the meeting but he bowed to the man anyway and smiled good naturedly;

"What an oddity, you make an appointment and make yourself too busy to keep it." he barked a laugh "No matter, I am certain that I will find dinner conversation with a fellow King equally as appealing as one while walking. Pleasure to meet you Lord Tywin." Graaven hummed deeply and gave a little bow in return.

Of course when she heard the woman was his sister Astraphel's eyes widened and she looked up at Jamie with confused eyes. They should be getting on together as future sister in laws not making enemies of each other already - despite her mild manners if someone started to mess with her for no reason, she wasn't above using her jewelled scimitar attached to her waist to take a finger or two.

"Oh...I see, but I had hoped to begin a good relationship with my future sister." she stated with her brow knitted in confusion, before grinning cheekily "If I were to don a bag over my head would she become more agreeable?"

Jaime had to admit that the culture appeared to be quite different to that of the city of Kings Landing or even the lands of Westeros and he was fine with that to be honest. Smirking a little bit when she whispered to him about liking scars, he was happy that someone liked his scars. After all, those Starrk men had been preparing to take his hand and had only decided to cut his back almost down to the bone instead.

Sooooooo much better.

"Well you'll get your fill of the scars." he promised before smirking a little bit, "The whole story is a rather sordid affair, I wouldn't want to offend you on our first day as betrothed now would I? I'd be a terrible knight and man if I did."

Tywin smirked lightly as Geoffrey was escorted away before he could fuck this up anymore. He nodded his head in agreement,

"An affliction of youth as I'm sure you'll agree my Lord Graaven." he joked a little bit, "Why doesn't Jaime escort Astraphel around the gardens while we walk inside to talk about some business over some wine?"

Jaime took the hint and began to lead Astraphel to the gardens, where highborn women and men were mingling with servants serving small finger foods on platters. He began to lead her towards a bench and sat her down with a small smirk,

"I think only if it were leather, she takes competition far too seriously." he joked a little bit with a sly wink, "Especially when she is losing."

Astraphel couldn't help but giggle a little bit when she heard that Jamie thought that he would be doing a bad thing as a betrothed to tell her all about his scars and his horrible war stories. It was something she wasn't used to and it was a pleasant change to meet a man who wasn't always crowing about what he had done in battle as some sort of badge - she did however want to know more about it.

"You do things differently here in Westeros." she stated with a small hum, looking up at him as they walked "In Maestrol, men often crow about their scars to show their strength. Is this not the way here?" Astraphel asked with a small smile on her lips.

When her father went off with Lord Tywin she couldn't help but flounder for a few moments, she was going to be on her own with her...soon to be husband. It made her feel like a woman for the first time and she wasn't sure that she liked it. It would take time getting used to feeling like a woman and less like a warrior.

The scenery was amazing and she found herself loving the lush garden, in the desert countries it had been so...barren. Here it was full of life!

"I should hope that your wife should not lose to your sister in terms of beauty Lord Jamie!" she teased with a grin, sitting beside him on the bench "It is lovely here, we don't have many places like this back home, I shall be sure to spend time in it every day I can."

Biting her lip a little bit Astraphel looked up at Jamie and placed her hands in her lap;

"I uhm, I very much look forwards to the wedding my Lord. I hope that you can tell me some more about it, the ceremonies are very different from what I have heard I wouldn't want to embarrass you." she admitted with a soft pink blush appearing on her cheeks as she looked up at him from under her eyelashes.

Jaime had to admit that there were differences between the peoples of the two lands but they didn't appear to be all that different. After all, she knew the value of the knight and his vows as well as he did and she was said to be a fine warrior princess, the like of which had seldom been seen even in a land of warrior women. He smirked a little bit,

"Depends what man you ask about the scars." he admitted with a little grin, "You ask a sellsword or a soldier and they love their scars. But you ask a knight? He's ashamed of them. You know why?"

He looked around as if sharing a secret before whispering into her ear, a far off look in his eyes,

"They are a reminder about how close you came to death because you weren't good enough... weren't fast enough." he told her quietly, "To knights of Westeros they are a reminder that they had failed."

Oh so his father couldn't even wait until the second day of the feasting before he decided to broker the agreement about the armies and the gold? Well that was entirely in keeping with everything Jaime knew about the man. Business and the Legacy first, everything else was secondary. But that was alright.

He was Jaime Lannister, the Kingslayer, and he would not be afraid of showing his new bride around the gardens of the Red Keep,

"The wife should always win I agree." he told her with a little smirk, "And don't worry, you are far more beautiful. My sister seems to believe that that ugly little scowl she wears is an attractive look... I say she is very mistaken."

Was Jaime looking forward to his wedding? A heck of a lot more than he had been before that was for sure. She seemed to be as witty and intelligent as she was beautiful. She would be a pleasure to have at his side,

"I hope that it will be everything that you imagine." he told her before humming, "I imagine it's not too different... first the man covers the bride with his cloak, bringing her under his protection. And then their hands are bond together using lace, to bring them together and bind them as one."

Astraphel listened to what Jamie said about scars very patiently and she couldn't help but think that he was going about this all backwards! Scars were something that showed you had lived through a time of great pain and great danger, they were telling signs of a person's strength not of their weaknesses. It seemed that here in Westeros if you were a knight you were expected to be somewhat invincible and not make mistakes.

"When you become a Knight, you don't stop being human." she hummed, looking out at the people in the garden at they walked past "Everyone must fail sometimes. We think that scars are more evidence of strength than weakness, they are times where death wanted to claim you, and instead...you said 'Not today'. To beat back death is very powerful indeed."

Unable to stop a little giggle when he was so mean about his sister Astraphel shook her head and commented with a bright smile on her lips;

"You are so cruel about your sister Ser Jamie." Astraphel smiled gently "I want to be able to know her well, all your family seeing as I will be a part of it soon."

Blinking slightly when she heard that there was in fact many differences between the wedding ceremonies, she hoped that she would be able to remember everything that they were supposed to do. Across the Narrow Sea they did things differently, they held different Gods and their vows would be different, yet, she would happily have a wedding in the tradition of Westeros.

"I see the ceremonies are very different." she stated with a small sigh "It is what I feared. I will ensure that I know all I need to know when the time comes. What colour is your cloak Lord Jamie?"

** TIME SKIP **

Jaime stood from the table with his soon-to-be-wife in order to mingle with the guests as the feast went on, with Tywin Lannister and Astraphel's father actually getting on rather well at one end of the table while Geoffrey tried not to ogle his pretty little Tyrell bride and failed miserably. Shaking his head slightly, Jaime grinned as little bit as he enjoyed a glass of wine with Astraphel by his side,

"You know I've never been one for parties." he told her with a grin as they moved through the crowd, mingling and chatting as they went, "But maybe it was always just because I never had enough to celebrate eh? Now I feel like all those other people did at other parties... I'm having fun and I haven't even drawn a sword!"

He was about to guide her over to see Tyrion, there was something he had always liked about his brother and that was his sense of humour, when he noticed someone else in that direction. Jaime groaned,

"Turn around... turn around... turn around..." he begged under his breath but Circe, rather drunk if the swaying was any indication, came staggering towards him and Astraphel, "The old gods and the new hate me... Hello Circe, hope you're enjoying the party."

Circe, rather drunk, nodded a little bit, looking at Jaime with half-lidded eyes,

"I'd enjoy it a lot more without all these little savages running around." She declared rather loudly. Jaime gave her a warning look and she just pouted a little bit, "Aww doesn't he look all handsome when he's being all stern Astraphel? Or is he a bit too smooth for your rough tastes?"

Astraphel smiled happily when she was offered to walk around the party with Jamie, she had such a good time at the feast with him. She had gotten to know him a lot better, and had found out he was amazing with a sword perhaps they would have to spar sometime to see just who was better with their weapons? It would be embarrassing if he were to lose to a girl though so, on second thoughts maybe they shouldn't.

Taking a sip of her own glass of wine as they mingled, she nodded and conversed with everyone as they went. It was nice to be around so many seemingly pleasant people!

"If no swords are drawn it is not a party to our people." she joked with a small grin "But I am enjoying myself very much, everyone here seems so agreeable and our fathers seem to be getting on well with each other too. I'm so glad."

Noting that Jamie's sister, Circe was coming in their direction Astraphel wanted to make a great first impression and she smiled brightly at the lady when she came to stand in front of the two of them. It was clear that she was quite drunk but there wasn't anything bad about that, women could drink as much as they liked same as men.

"Hello my lady Circe." she greeted cheerfully, before her face very gradually darkened to an expression she hadn't worn yet - one of displeasure which made her soft eyes harden to flint "What did you just call me, and my people?" Astraphel asked.

As she turned and looked up at Jamie, she pecked him on the cheek very softly as she had done a few times before during the day;

"He is my husband, I would love him rough or smooth, warrior or no. It just so happens that he is an attractive warrior, for which I am endlessly thankful." she admitted with a bright pink blush, saying it more to Jamie as a compliment than a reply to Circe.

Jaime had to admit he was beginning to think that his was the more boring of their two civilizations. He was beginning to think he'd have much preferred a feast where at least some combat took place. If Robert was still alive he would have made damn sure the feast also had a tournament and that, at least, would have been something different from all the dreaded mingling and small talk that both he and Astraphel seemed forced into.

And they both disliked every minute of it.

"Well then I think I best find someone to draw my sword against." he told her with a laugh, "My father is giving me a new sword as a wedding gift, perhaps I should draw it early and we can see a little combat before we return to singing and dancing and such."

Circe seemed to be completely out of her mind and Jaime didn't mind telling her so,

"Circe for one who was always lecturing me on tact you seem to have developed an awful lack of it in recent days!" he whispered harshly to her, "I will not stand for you dishonouring our guests... and you know father won't either."

Circe laughed loudly, a cackle really, that brought more attention to their side of the room but still only a little bit,

"Listen to you! You'd think you loved the little savage whore." She muttered darkly before sneering at Astraphel, "Tell me little Astraphel... Do you think he'll fuck you good? Do you?"

Jaime grabbed onto Circe's shoulder and yanked her away from Astraphel,

"That's enough Circe!" he commanded her, "You've had too much to drink. Go to bed."

Circe latched onto him,

"Why don't you come with me? Better a Westeros woman than some savage little whore right brother?"

Jaime's eyes narrowed,

"Get off me."

Astraphel had enough.

Her eyes were dark as slate and she raised her hand, sending a resounding smack through the air when it landed hard onto Circe's cheek. Looking down at the large angry red mark that she had left on her face she unsheathed her scimitar and twirled it in her hand;

"Get your hand off my husband or I will cut it off woman." she sneered.

With a loud scrape of a chair she heard her father stand up and come over to them, the room was now completely silent and she felt her father's hand pushing her sword arm down.

"What is this? Daughter what do you do?" he asked loudly, his eyes blazing at the fact his daughter had created such a scene in front of his new friend who he had been trying to impress not two minutes ago before this ruck us had occurred. Taking one look at his daughters face let him know this was for no trifling reason however "What is the matter child?"

"This woman insults us. Calls us savages! Calls me whore! Puts her hands on my husband! You know our customs I should CUT IT OFF." she snarled, but her father held her back.

"The Lady knows not our laws, she should not pay the price. Certainly not in front of these guests, her father and your husband. Calm child I will deal with this." he soothed, patting her hair, smoothing it until she had calmed enough to put her sword away.

"Very well Father, as you command."

"Lord Tywin, is this the thought of all of your family? Do you invite us here to mock us? Hm? After we offer your cause aid, I give you my daughter to wed to your own son. Speak truth to us!" he stated, his hands coming to rest on his weapon belt and Astraphel came to stand by Jamie her hand possessively curling over his arm while she glared at Circe, pleased that she had managed to mark her face so.

Circe had crossed the line.

When the slap landed Jaime could think nothing other than it should have perhaps been a much harder slap. She deserved nothing less and she seemed determined to mock the culture of the people who were offering their assistance in defeating Stannis, the last person in the kingdoms who had a chance of killing off the Lannister line.

Circe went to go to Jaime when Astraphel but was shocked, as were most, when Jaime drew his own sword and pointed it directly at her,

"Jaime..." she whispered, suddenly looking so betrayed, "Why would you forsake me like this?"

Jaime raised an eyebrow,

"I forsake you?" He growled, "Have you taken leave of your senses? You insult our guests, my future wife! And worse for someone like you... who preaches about family... you disgrace our family... our name!"

"Our legacy."

Everyone in the room turned to face Tywin Lannister as he stalked his away across the hall, the crowds parting for him without a single word or movement from him. Even the members of the Graaven party moved aside as he came closer,

"Daughter you disappoint me." he spoke softly, coldly, "But you do not surprise me. I always knew you were worthless... you had potential and you have squandered it as a bratty child. I will look upon you no more. Get out of my sight."

Circe hid some tears before marching out of the room, Tywin motioned for two guards,

"Take her to her quarters. She does not leave." he commanded before bowing to the Graaven party, "My deepest apologies, my daughter is not half of what her mother was and has twice the pride. She does not reflect out views... and will be placed somewhere she will not cause us distress."

Astraphel looked at Jamie in a little bit of surprise when he drew his sword and stood by her, he had only known her one day and he was standing with her against his sister who did her insult. It made her preen with happiness inside and she would make sure that she always remained loyal to her husband, and she would always side with him and his family as was expected of her.

Her heart was pounding with happiness when her father in law too came to her aid and she felt completely content in her family here - she knew when he father left she would be in good hands and she would be safe and loved here. Maybe Tywin's love would not be the same as her fathers, but if she produced good sons and was a loving wife to Jamie - did what he asked, he would be pleased with her.

As soon as Circe was sent away Astraphel's mood lightened ever so slightly, she still wanted blood but she didn't think she was going to be able to get it. Tomorrow she would duel and let her anger out then.

Looking to her father, he looked at her and still found her to be angry but it was her way. Astraphel knew that she should let this go, Circe had been punished and that was all she was going to have done to her. Nodding her head at her father Astraphel placed her hand on her hip near her sword handle to comfort herself.

"Hm, we find this acceptable." Lord Graaven answered for Astraphel, knowing her tongue might get the better of her "Thank you kindly for your patience with my daughter, sometimes her temper flashes red hot when her family is dishonoured like so. Let us put this behind us, and return to the feast. Where were we my Lord? Ah yes you, King Geoffrey come here man and talk with us, give us your opinion on these matters."

While the other men went to talk Astraphel looked at Jamie and uncertainty clouded her eyes;

"Will you walk with me, Ser Jamie? I believe I have a question for you." she hummed, striding away from the prying eyes and ears of the party out towards the gardens for some fresh air.

Jaime was a Lannister and there were few things that would cause a Lannister to go against one of their own. Money, honour and fame were not reasons for this. The only reason a Lannister went against one of their own was if the guilty party had betrayed the House Lannister. And House Lannister always pays it's debts, betrayal being the worst kind of debt.

Tywin coming to the aid of his son and his new bride was not what Jaime expected from the old man but maybe he had misjudged him... or maybe Circe had outlive her usefulness, who knew? But Jaime swore he saw a proud twinkle in the man's eye for a second and it... it felt good. Jaime had never had his father's pride.

Putting his sword away, Jaime bowed his head to Lord Graaven and to his wife as well, bowing to ask forgiveness for the actions of his sister. He smirked a little bit,

"Tempers that burn hot are a good sign are they not my Lord Graaven?" he grinned a little bit and gave Astraphel a secret little wink when her father was returning to the head table with Tywin and Geoffrey.

He nodded with a small smile as he took her hand within his own and began to lead her out onto one of the more private balconies,

"I cannot believe she did that..." he whispered, "I apologise once again, that shouldn't have happened."

Astraphel was shaken by what the Lannister woman had said, she didn't want to show it in front of all of those people that was why she had been strong. Strong for her father and for her new family. She needed to know though...if these things were really what her new husband would be thinking of her while she was trying her best to please him - if he was really just thinking all along that she was some savage he had to marry to get an army.

That was not what she wanted her married life to be like.

Marriage was not supposed to be a joke it was supposed to be beautiful.

His hand in her own made her calm slightly but it did nothing to quell the raging questions that were swirling inside of her own mind. Stopping and looking out over the gardens below, Astraphel took a few moments to compose herself before turning to her husband and asking what she felt she needed to ask;

"What your sister said, does it really matter to people that I am not from this place?" she asked softly "Does it matter to you? I am proud of where I come from and I won't change many of my ways of doing things, all else I could change for you if it would please you but...not that."

Placing a soft kiss on his cheek Astraphel stared back up into his eyes;

"You do not need to apologise for an act you didn't do, it should be she who is apologising to me and my people." she whispered softly "I have come to care for you a great deal Ser Jamie, and if any woman so much as touches you again I wont show lenience next time." Astraphel stated, her words strong and possessive but, she showed her love in this manner.

Jaime was not like the others of the Lannister name to be honest. His skills were not in the mind like those of Tyrion and Circe. His skills were in his body, in his combat skills. That was where he was a genius and that was how he thrived as a knight and as a man. But here in Kings Landing his skills meant nothing.

All that mattered now was that you were clever, cunning.

And while he was not necessarily either of those things he knew when to look at a woman and see what she was feeling. And right now he could see that his future wife was having a lot of feelings. If she was not careful they would likely over-run and stress her. He placed a hand on her shoulder in an attempt to try and anchor her, calm her,

"It matter to people where anyone is from... but these are not the right people. And not people you need ever be concerned about. I don't care where you're from." he told her quietly, "I ask that you change nothing and I will not stand by and have someone else try and 'suggest' it or otherwise bully you into it."

Smiling softly, he shook his head,

"Lannisters are supposed to do things as a family... Circe forgot that golden rule." he admitted before smiling a little bit wider, wrapping an arm around her waist to hold her against him, "My my... aren't we possessive? Don't worry, I don't think women will be lining up to be touching me... not after they've heard tell of how fearsome my wife is with a blade!"

He reached down and took her hand in his own, looking at how their fingers entwined,

"Is this... everything you had hoped it would be? When you thought about marrying when you were younger?"

Astraphel blinked when she heard that Jamie didn't want her to change a thing about herself, she felt so elated when she heard that. She merely wanted to know from her husbands mouth that there was nothing that she should change about herself, that he liked everything about what he had seen so far and that she shouldn't be paying attention to his sister.

She would be gone soon enough anyway.

"Thank you." she whispered softly, looking up at Jamie "I just wanted to hear that from you, after all you are the only person whose opinion I care about in this place, you and perhaps your father - he looks scary when he is angry I would rather him not be angry at me." she grinned cheekily up at Jamie.

The sensation of his arm around her waist made her stomach flutter and a heat spread between her legs, that smile was making her weak at the knees already. Now she knew how her father felt whenever she would fix him with that look and he would be quite powerless to do anything else but what she said. Jamie could probably do the same with that look.

"We are a possessive people. I don't like people touching what is mine." she whispered softly, her hands coming up to rest on his chest "Very true, I think I can only be matched by my handsome husband here, what a pair we shall make."

Entwining her fingers in his own Astraphel smiled very softly;

"Yes. Only better, because it is really happening. What about you, I suppose you didn't think you'd be marrying a warrior princess from across the Narrow Sea, but I hope to be the best wife to you I can."
