The Big Bad Wolf (Megatron and Darquesse)

Darquesse was pretty pissed off if she was honest with herself. She had been passed from pillar to post with the new job that she had been given and it was a hard one at that. Providing for the Decepticons under the care of her boss was horrible, because they were very demanding and expected the things that they wanted as soon as they could physically get them.

They didn't even thank her when she managed to get the things they'd asked for done, which was the height of bad manners if she was honest with herself.

Today however she was meeting for the first time the leader of the Decepticons, Megatron and she wanted to leave with all of her organs intact so she was going to have to be the height of politeness. Fixing her suit, which like all of her suits was fitted so that she could actually wear it without looking like a male, Darquesse stepped into the home of Dylan and made her way towards the back yard.

It seemed oddly demeaning to her that these powerful beings were taking refuge in the back garden of such a little snot as Dylan, they could be anywhere they wanted to be and yet they pick here?!

If it was up to her she would have found them a better place to live however but, she didn't get to decide that.

As she approached the place where Megatron would be, underneath a large ornamental sort of structure, that would shield him from the wind and the rain. Gently she bowed to him as she stood, waiting to hear what he wanted from her.

"My Lord Megatron, how may I be of assistance to you?"

Megatron loathed to admit it but right now... he was the pawn.

Sentinel Prime was stronger than he had ever been in his peak, to be honest, and it was only due to his forces being stronger that the bot had ever agreed to betray Optimus Prime. His so-called brother... he shook the thought from his mind as he destroyed another of the small parasites that had been attempting to eat away at his behavioural core. Seeing the human woman appearing before him, he growled dangerously as he stood,

"Woman... you are the one they call Darquesse?" He growled out at her as he lowered his face so that it was right in front of her, "They tell me you can get me things... for your sake, I hope that you can."

Standing up again, he reached into the wound in his head and pulled out a handful of the parasites, crushing them in his hand and letting their green, oil-blood pool right in front of Darquesse,

"I have had enough of these parasites! I have had enough of being weakened!" He growled to her angrily, "I want to be hole again... and that's where you come in!"

He gritted his teeth,

"Find me someone who can repair my skull plating... can you do that?"

Darquesse was amazed by how tall Megatron was, he was taller than all of the other robots she had seen before and she had to admit that she liked the fact that he was slightly weakened right now, otherwise she might not have any chance of getting out of seeing him alive. He supposedly hated humans with a passion, so for him to ask to see her obviously was very telling about his condition.

"Yes I am Darquesse, and I am the one who provides all of the things that the other Decepticons need. I can try my very best to get whatever you need to you as swiftly as I can." she promised sincerely with a soft smile on her lips.

The way to get on the good side (or the alive side) of the Decepticons was to just get whatever they wanted, always be polite and leave as swiftly as possible so that they wouldn't have chance to get annoyed by what they were doing.

Megatron's request was one that was hard, it was harder than all of the others she had because she required someone with almost unparalleled knowledge of robotics. Fortunately she was sure that there was someone in her address book who could fit the bill, the only problem was getting them here and swiftly too.

"I have someone in mind already my Lord, I will aim to get him here today so that you can be fixed as soon as possible." she stated softly, taking out her phone, and tapping in the number from her contact list in the filofax.

A few minutes later, she reappeared in the little shelter that Megatron was sitting in, and she gave him another low bow. Pleased with what she had been able to do, Darquesse was all too eager to tell the leader of the Decepticons and see what he said;

"I have been able to get someone, a Robert Greyson to agree to come to an appointment at 5pm tonight to try and fix your plating." she stated with a soft smile "He is one of the upcoming leaders in robotic development and investigation into metals and their properties in robotics, so even if he cannot find an alloy identical to your own, you will receive the next best thing."

Megatron didn't know what all the fuss was about with this human female. Sure she seemed more competent than the last fool they had but that wasn't hard. The last human had been this one's boss and he had annoyed Megatron to no end. He nodded his head once,

"Good, then you can supply me with what I desire." He declared coldly before growing slightly and stabbing the ground in front of her with one of his fingers, "No little human! You will not 'try your best'... you will DO! You will not get it to me as 'swiftly as you can'... you will get it to be QUICKLY. Am I understood little human?"

He knew that her task was next to impossible but that wasn't his problem.

And besides, Starscream was swearing up and down that this human could get him anything the he wanted. And she seemed to be quietly confident that she could even perform this. He growled low at her,

"You'd best hope I find 'as soon as possible' to be agreeable with me..."

Megatron had not yet had his skull plating repaired and it was annoying him again, another parasite had wiggled in there without giving him chance to pull it out. When she returned, he waited for her to finish speaking before he spoke,

"You have done your duty with an acceptable level of organisational skills... but having sub-par armour is UNACCEPTABLE." He roared at her before shaking his head, "I will make Cybertronian metal available for him to use... when will he begin?"

Darquesse had to admit that she had expected Megatron to be a lot worse than he actually was which was a blessing in disguise. The other robots, Starscream and Soundwave were getting on with her better than they had done before and were even sort of personable towards her instead of just being very cold and impassive towards her.

Megatron was more demanding than they had been.

More self righteous and definitely more angry than either of them.

As a result she was going to be in very bad books if she was wrong, or if she could not get him what he wanted when he wanted it. Yet, she had been able to, and he was going to be fixed in no time at all. The way that he roared at her however made Darquesse jump in fright and she placed a hand on her chest to try and calm herself down.

"My apologies." she murmured quietly, bowing at Megatron again "He will be here in 4 hours to begin his work, I do not know how long it will take but I will ensure that he works as quickly as he is able to complete your armour tonight."

Smiling gently Darquesse pushed some of her blonde hair out of her eyes that had fallen there when she had jumped back out of the way.

"Is there anything else that I can do for you until that time?"

Megatron had to admit that the girl was more bearable than most other humans but, then again, that really wasn't saying all that much.

She was also able to be professional in front of someone as imposing and powerful as himself and that was, no matter how well she actually did, rather impressive. He would be inclined to keep her around but at the moment no one else seemed to be as good at collecting things they needed so it wasn't much of a choice.

He growled a little bit when she apologised to him. Damn right she was sorry! Growling low in his chest, he shook his head slightly,

"You had best hope he is here in four hours... or I will RIP YOUR SPINE OUT."

It was roughly three hours and forty minutes until the end of the time he had given her... and no man had arrived yet.

He casually unslung his shotgun-like weapon,

"You have twenty earth minutes until I reduce you to fine red mist with my weapon." He growled at her before smirking, "Is he approaching, do you know?"

Darquesse had a rather tense time with Megatron, waiting for the guy to turn up, she wanted to be able to talk with him and learn some more about him however she didn't want to get herself in trouble and so she had only answered questions when she had been asked and responded when he had started up a line of conversation - which wasn't often.

The threat that her spine was going to be ripped out if the man didn't get here on time was weighing on her slightly but Darquesse knew that he would be here on time for the appointment and as such was not too worried.

Looking at her iPhone Darquesse smirked and mentally gave Megatron the finger for being so doubting as she saw the mans text, he was here and she needed to go and greet him;

"He is here. I shall go and collect him and bring him to you." she stated with a soft smile giving him a bow before she scurried off towards the house, and the doctor that she was placing her hopes in, he would be able to repair and weld the metal back onto Megatron however and she had instructed him to bring his tools.

Ten minutes later she was returning with the Doctor in tow and she brought him to the little shelter that Megatron was using, she could see that the man was ready to run away and return to his car however she stood in his way and crossed her arms around her chest;

"I am sorry but I require you to repair my Lord Megatron, as he has requested." she smiled sadly "That is why I asked you to bring your tools, however, he has instructed that you use the metal that he has provided for you."

Approaching Megatron Darquesse bowed;

"This is the doctor who is here to mend your armour, he is ready to begin his work."

Megatron frowned a little bit when she said that the man was here. To be honest he had almost been looking forward to the spine-pulling. He didn't get to pull many spines out anymore and he had been anxious to see if he could still pull the spine out with the organs still behind the ribs. It was a trick he had learnt in his time here on Earth since his defrosting.

But he supposed he would have to settle for her repairing his skull armour so that he could actually get back into the fight, his self-repair protocols only being used when the 'skin layer' of metal was solid. With it now about to be sealed, Megatron was going to reach full power soon,

"Bring the miserable little worm to me." He commanded her with a small grin, "I shall have the materials and specialist tools brought to this clearing... now go and do as I have commanded human, designated Darquesse!"

But the time the human female returned with the male the materials and tools were laid out in front of Megatron, ready to be used. He stared down at the two of them and the male thought about running from him!

How cute.

He nodded to Darquesse,

"She is correct... you are here to repair me human male." He growled at the man, "Repair the damage done to my skull plating so that I can be complete again!"

He smirked a little bit as the man began to get to work. So far the man had managed to not embarrasses himself and that was good. He glanced at Darquesse,

"Your man is doing well... where did you find him?"

Darquesse was a little bit nervous as the man began to work on Megatron but she was sure that he wasn't going to make a mistake because it would then be his neck on the line instead of hers so much right now. It would be his spine that was pulled out and flung around everywhere by the easily angered robot in front of her.

Sitting down on a nearby bench as he was worked on, Darquesse filtered through the address book, updating it with suggestions generated by the computer. It was full of every single robotic, oil and metal part business and person that she could find in case they needed her.

"I have compiled an address book full of potential contacts that I might need in order to fulfil a request that you and your Decepticon fellow might put in for me." she hummed with a soft smile on her lips "I added him in a few weeks ago in case you asked me to repair yourself, I had heard about your condition and thought it mustn't be...very pleasant."

Looking up from her PDA, the glow lighting up her soft skin and gentle smile;

"I am very glad that you are getting repaired."

Megatron was actually... feeling rather relaxed.

There was something about someone else doing your repairs that just made you feel so relaxed. The closest thing he had heard of to this was the human sensation of having someone else shave you... it was a relaxing feeling that allowed you to just focus on the sensations and not the mechanics of it.

The man was doing a decent job of the repairs. At least until they pulled Cybertron through and he could be operated on by some good, Decepticon, medics. They would fix him right back up to full strength, unlike this little patch job which would help him get to about 100% but never actually quite make it.

"Organisational skills..." He muttered quietly, "You have excellent organisational skills. Unlike the man you replaced... your boss was it? He was an incompetent blithering idiot if ever I did see one. And I'vee seen the internet; he is a moron."

He smirked a little bit,

"Thank you." He licked his lips, "Finally... I can taste the Autobots' defeat in the air and I loved it!"

He glanced at the man,

"Darquesse." he called to his assistant, "How much has this man been promised?"

Darquesse blinked and looked up at the large, menacing Decepticon leader and had a double take. Did he really just compliment her? It made her cheeks heat up slightly in a blush and she was so proud of herself right then and there, she felt as if he was recognising how hard she had been working to help him and the rest of his men who were down here and needed her help.

Nodding her head with a very gentle smile on her lips, Darquesse tucked her hair behind her ear to stop it from falling in her eyes while she gazed at her lap;

"Thank you my lord, I pride myself on being able to be prompt and organised, I merely want to ensure that I am the best that I can be." she stated with a bright smile "That way I get to leave with my spine still in my body." Darquesse decided to hesitate a small joke, with a little nervous grin.

Unable to stop herself from rolling her eyes Darquesse sighed; "I know, tell me about it, all he's interested in is this girl in work, constantly trying to impress her. I had to take control of all the finances for him they were going down the drain."

Working out the cost on the calculator, Darquesse stated formally;

"The sum is $1000 for travel and other expenses incurred."

Megatron didn't know why he seemed to think that giving the woman a compliment would be a good idea but it seemed to be the case. It always struck him as something that his 'brother' would do rather than what he would do. But there was nothing wrong with using positive reinforcement occasionally... you just had to make sure that they feared you more.

He smirked a little bit,

"Yes, your spine will remain untouched." He joined in on the hoke before glancing at the man, "Yours is still 'up for grabs' though if you catch my drift... so I'd hurry up if I were you."

Humming a little bit, he snorted,

"Oh I know all about the woman at his work... we all do." he admitted with a small growl, "I've honestly wanted to murder that little bitch just to have him shut up about her. I do not care what her figure looks like... Primus! I don't give a shit if her boyfriend doesn't deserve her either!"

He sighed a little bit, rubbing at his nose before nodding at the man finished up the repair work. Looking down at the human, he smirked,

"Pick a number, Darquesee." he told her, "One... or two."

Darquesse giggled a little bit when she heard that her spine was safe for now because she had done such a good job in getting Megatron fixed, she had to admit she liked to see him getting fixed because the sight of the little parasites flitting in and out of his open wound just didn't fit right with her. She didn't like the image and to be honest she thought it would be pretty painful!

"Well thank you, I promise I'll make it so you don't regret that decision my lord." she smiled brightly, slipping her PDA into her pocket now that she was done with it.

She looked up at Megatron, the one person who she had been so scared of around here, until now really. She was of course still petrified of him when he was angry but, this showed that he could be reasonable when he wanted to be, when he got what he wanted and when he was able to be on his own away from his other subordinates.

"You could always just murder Dylan and be done with it, you'd be doing the world a favour." she commented with a hopeful look on her features, her eyes bright and gleaming "Ugh, even recalling some of the conversations irritates me...it made me feel like I was just...a blip compared to her but she doesn't DO anything."

Frowning softly Darquesse nibbled her lip before declaring;

"Number 2."

Megatron hummed a little bit when she thanked him for deciding not to pull her spine out through her neck or anything near that drastic. Shaking his head in amusement, he waved off her thanks as the man finished up his repairs. He paused for a moment before his self-repair protocols kicked in and began to repair his insides too. Sighing contentedly, he smirked,

"Make sure that you do..." He teased her with a wink, "Because I'm pretty sure that I can just take your spine out later if I wanted to!"

When she suggested that he murder Dylan he paused for a moment.

The human was getting a bit too big for his boots it had to be said. In the end he shrugged a little bit as he came to a decision,

"Yeah sure." He decided after a few moments, "He's an asshole I've come to find and I've had quite enough of him. I shall have Starscream take him out as soon as possible don't you worry... no more ogling the girlfriend of that week teenager boy... sam or whatever his name was."

When she said number 2 he grinned a little bit.

"As you wish."

Grabbing the man's head, he twisted with a flick of his wrist, breaking the man's neck and killing him instantly. He laughed,

"There... doesn't cost you a penny now."

Darquesse smiled slightly nervously when she heard that he would still take her spine out if he was completely dissatisfied with what she had done in the future. Hopefully she was going to be able to continue pleasing Megatron so that she would be in his good books and get to stay alive for the end of the world as she knew it. Staying alive and not a slave would be a really good thing for her if she was honest.

"I didn't think I'd ever see you in a good mood my Lord. You truly must be feeling better, I can't imagine how much that must have troubled you." she whispered softly with a small smile on her lips "But don't worry I shan't be slacking."

Unable to stop herself from standing in shock, Darquesse walked slowly over to Megatron when he said that he was really going to kill Dylan. It made her go cold slightly, he was going to die and it was going to be her fault? No it wasnt! He was going to kill him anyway she was sure...he knew that she was joking, right?

"R-really?" she asked, her eyes wide in shock, and she began to shiver softly "W-well...I'm not sure how I should feel about that."

Squeaking in shock Darquesse jumped back and gently touched Megatron's armoured lower leg as she had been close to him beforehand. She felt so sick at seeing someone die like that in front of her, the shock was even worse and her whole body was cold with the sensation now. She was responsible for the death of two people now?

"I...I guess thats true." she commented, slightly breathlessly "Thank you for thinking of my purse strings like that." Darquesse smiled lightly, trying to make a joke to lighten the situation.

Megatron felt like he was in a good mood to be honest. It must be because it was such a relief to know that he was completely repaired for now. The human male had done a good job, all things considered. Of course it wasn't going to save the bastard. To be fair, the man knew too much about the decepticons and had to die now.

Shame.

"Yes well I'm closer to fully repaired than I had been in months..." He admitted before smirking a little bit, "It was annoying but nothing greater than that... mostly I was able to ignore it I must say. Good, slack off and I might have to reclaim your spine."

He smirked a little bit when she seemed to be so shocked about his decision to kill Dylan. But honestly, it would be no surprise to anyone else to be honest. Dylan was a pain in the ass and he was going to kill him,

"Dylan annoyed me too much to live." He told her simply, "But before you arrived there was no one willing to assume the mantle if I kill him. But with you here... I have confidence you could make it."

He smirked a little bit as he looked down at the corpse,

"Shame he was human, he did a good job." He admitted before smirking a little bit, "No problems about your money though... I just wanted to kill him mainly."
